About this series
How can the complex constellations of relationships, embodied in astrological systems, be used to map and transform interpersonal and organizational conflicts?
Do you find yourself engaged in repeating conflict dynamics with partners, coworkers, family and so on? Do you find your work in and between organizations to be fraught with communication blockages, painful conflicts and insecurity?
In this series, we’ll come together and explore how to evolve our perspectives of conflict to better hold different needs, energies, expressions and timing, while also discerning where habit and harm can be dispelled and transformed.
Overview
We will investigate our own charts along with synastry (relationship) and transit (timing) charts to map some of the interpersonal and organizational conflicts we’ve experienced. Diving into the patterns, intensities and necessities of conflict, we’ll explore ways to move closer to wholeness and resolution in our own energy and needs, and in our relationships and organizational dynamics.
Each workshop will focus on a different levels of conflict and relationship - personal, interpersonal, and large scale/organizational/historic.
Harnessing the energies of Mercury’s retrograde in Sagittarius and its subsequent tryptic of squares to Saturn in Pisces, we will engage astrology as a tool and practice for perspective-shifting, facilitating and reframing conflicts.

About Ramon Gabrieloff-Parish
Ramon Gabrieloff-Parish is a lifelong star gazer, Afrofuturist philosopher, practicing astrologer, social artist and creative ceremonialist. His current project is to utilize the many outer planetary alignments of the 2020's as catalysts for imaginal, collaborative and institutional transformation.
In his day job as a chair of Naropa University’s Interdisciplinary Studies department he focuses on the intersections of equity and sustainability through courses on food and environmental justice. He also teaches foundations in contemplative learning and theory, embodiment, social identity, and conflict transformation.
Ramon is committed to community, cultural and cosmic regeneration, through his consulting work with Once and Future Green and with organizations like Golden Bridge, Youth Passageways and recently as board chair of Frontline Farming.
