About this series

How does conflict bring you to the edges of your capacity in relationship?

  • Do you often shut down or blow up during conflict, when what you really want is to connect?

  • Do the same arguments keep playing out, even when you try to respond differently?

  • Do you believe in the importance of communicating across our differences, but get stuck in a pattern of activation when difference feels threatening?

  • In your efforts to heal, do you consume a lot of content and theory for managing conflict, yet still find yourself under-resourced to shift the patterns you’re in?

We’ve found there are plenty of tools and ideas for navigating conflict, but few spaces offering real-time practice - beyond theory, beyond ideals - where we can get curious about our active conflicts, and build the skills we need for relational repair.

This series is that space. Offered during Jupiter’s transit through Cancer, these sessions hold a soft container for us to explore our own protective patterns with care, and experiment with taking new shapes in relationality. With the supportive lens and insights of astrology, we’ll explore our challenging relational dynamics and our part in them. These weekly sessions weave a thread of community witnessing and mutual care, to support us in the hard and vulnerable work of taking accountability to show up for ourselves and our relationships in the ways we long for.

How it works:

We’re holding 4 separate cohorts of this series across Jupiter’s transit through Cancer (June 2025 - May 2026). Each cohort is 12 weeks long, and will meet weekly on Zoom:

  • Cohort 1: Jun 27 2025 - Sep 12 2025

  • Cohort 2: Sep 26 - Dec 12, 2025, meeting Fridays @ 9-11am Pacific

  • Cohort 3: Jan 3 - Mar 21, 2026, meeting Saturdays @ 9-11am Pacific (exact time subject to change)

  • Cohort 4: March - June 2026 (day of the week TBD)

Each cohort is limited to 10 participants by application, available here. You are welcome to participate in as many cohorts as you’d like (we can guarantee as no two will be the same!).

OUR NEXT COHORT BEGINS SATURDAY, JANUARY 3, 2026.

What to expect

In these interactive, peer collaboration sessions we will:

  • Identify our reactions, needs and values in conflict – through exercises and group dialogue

  • Get curious about our patterns in recurring and longstanding conflicts

  • Explore ourselves and our internal conflict with curiosity and care

  • Use natal and transit charts to better understand a real relationship dynamic we want to shift

  • Build practical skills to communicate more effectively in and through conflict

  • Increase our personal discernment around when and how to engage in repair

  • Learn together—sharing books, podcasts, articles, and wisdom from human and more-than-human teachers

  • Co-create a conflict transformation toolkit with adaptable resources for diverse needs and values

This is a container to…

  • Approach ourselves, each other, and our relationships with dignity, care, and curiosity

  • Gently hold our complexity, even if/when we don’t know what to “do” with it

  • Witness and be witnessed in community

  • Explore the similarity and diversity of our experiences

  • Share wisdom non-hierarchically and broaden our perspectives through diverse resources, not fixed answers

  • Experiment, explore, and take creative risks

This is not a container…

  • Offering instructor-led training or lectures

  • Meant to substitute, or offer personal therapy or crisis support

  • That can hold the charge of interracial conflicts, nor the explicit details of traumatic experiences

  • With clear step-by-step, one-size-fits-all, how-tos on conflict transformation

  • To avoid our own responsibility, or blame others for being “the” problem

  • Where we pressure or push each other into choices or shapes we’re not ready for
