If you’ve previously reserved your retreat spot with a 50% deposit, please use this page to complete your full payment of $385 by September 11, 2025.

You can also add on camping, lodging and Dāna for Renee’s time, labor, facilitation & presence on this page.

If you are able, please also consider contributing additional funds to accessibility scholarships.

Payment, Refund, and Cancellation Policy

A 50% deposit of $192.50 is required by August 1, 2025, to reserve your spot.
Full payment of $385 is due by September 11, 2025.

Cancellation & Refunds
If you need to cancel your registration:
Cancel by August 1: Full refund of your deposit minus a $25 administrative fee
Cancel by August 11: 50% refund of deposit ($96.25)
Cancel by August 27: 25% refund of deposit ($48)
After August 27: No refunds are available unless we are able to fill your spot, in which case you will receive a 25% refund of your deposit
