Embodied Astrology fundraiser for Jamaica
Embodied Astrology is coming together on behalf of the communities and individuals whose lives have been upended by Hurricane Melissa. The disastrous floods and winds brought by the storm have caused over $8 Billion in catastrophic damage to Jamaica's parishes and cities, leaving over 30,000 households displaced. Those whose homes weren’t destroyed have been left without basic utilities like electricity and water. Around 360,000 people require immediate emergency assistance. The devastation is immeasurable.
EA is host to the Practitioner's Cohort, Your Chart Is A Body, which began in 2023 and has been evolving together since. One of our beloved community members, Amaryllis, is living in Saint James, a parish that was in the storm’s direct path. In the spirit of mutual aid, we are holding a raffle of astrological offerings designed by our cohort members. All funds raised will go directly to Amaryllis and the organizations they are connected with firsthand and trust personally to meet their community’s immediate needs.
To enter the raffle, we ask that you donate directly to Amaryllis and send us your receipt. We trust Ama to distribute the funds as they are needed. At the end of the fundraiser, we'll report back with details from Amaryllis about where these funds went.

Aziz is a trans Arab somatic therapist, cultural worker, writer, and astrologer residing in Mni Sota Makoce. Aziz supports personal and collective healing at the intersections of grief + rage, land-based relationality, cultural learning and ancestral (re)connection and is co-creator and tender of the Grief and Rage Circle for Palestine, long-time member of the Mizna Arab Arts Writing Collective, and owner of Wise Crescent Somatics.

Custom Reading: A specialized inquiry for the seeker with questions. Often during these sessions, further prompts will arise and we continue unfolding the narrative together. ($30/ticket)
Aspira’s approach to divination travels beyond the constraints of linear time; weaving the tendrils of past & future to present the what if ? while honoring the intersections of the possible and lived experience. Aspira is an earth-steward, chaos weaver & grief companion; she centers queerness, conjure and elemental magic to traverse echoes of the old world and contemporary reality.

In this chart reading, we will focus on any area you feel pulled to explore. My astrological knowledge is rooted in Embodied Astrology and my experience continues to grow through somatic practices and experiential collaboration. I am a licensed speech pathologist and my career over the past 13 years has focused on working with Autistic children. My belief is that to understand our Autistic children better and support their communication is to understand their sensory experience, and astrology has been an essential tool for me in doing so. Kim Calder (PhD/MFA) is a writer, creativity consultant, editor, and astrologer. They view astrology as a tool of both personal and collective liberation and emphasize somatic, psychological, and narrative/mythological approaches to chart work. In readings, they seek to help clients navigate creative blocks that limit relational possibilities and prevent self-expression. They are particularly drawn to astrology's capacity to expand our sense of connection with cosmic and earthly intelligences across lifetimes.
