An Embodied Astrology workshop with Renee Sills

This is a recording of a live workshop that took place during Cancer season 2022.

In this workshop, Renee offers practice succumbing to states of fluid expansion, emptiness and release, inviting our emotive bodies to receive holding, witnessing and care.

Cancer’s bodily associations include the stomach, womb, chest/breast tissue, pleura of the lungs, tear ducts, and sensations such as hunger, satiation, safety, longing, connection, bonding, and belonging. Working with Cancer’s energy as it permeates the structures of our lives asks us to attend to social and family patterns and dynamics that evolve around inclusion, exclusion, and access to resources and relationships that sustain and support.

In this seasonal workshop, we’ll take a deep dive into the cancerian curriculum, exploring the ways we orient instinctually around emotion, paying special attention to sensations and stories of attachment and bonding. With the nature of water and the rhythms of the moon as our guides, we’ll practice succumbing to states of fluid expansion, emptiness and release, inviting our emotive bodies to receive holding, witnessing and care.

An astrological overview of Cancer Season’s planetary transits and lunar phases will be given, along with suggestions for working with these aspects in your own chart.

This workshop is open to all, and all levels of astrological experience and is included in Embodied Astrology’s tiered memberships. Members at the All-Access Tier or higher can access this workshop recording in the EA Video Library at community.embodiedastrology.com.

The recorded workshop for non-members is offered by sliding scale $15-$50.
